They needed to swap out our rooms last minute but they did it fairly and offered free laundry services in exchange which we really appreciated. They also held our luggage for us a couple times when we went on overnight excursions elsewhere.

Hell in Ho Chi Minh City

Floor was so dirty our feet turned black. Foul smell in the room like no one had opened a door in weeks. A/C was off when we walked in and it took 3 hours to cool down. A light was on all night in the hallway so the room was bright as day. Don’t believe any of the reviews higher than a 2
