Kim's place is perfect! Clean, spacious, in the heart of D1. Walking distance to Bui Vien, Ben Thanh Market. Good wifi speed, hot water, internet tivi, all you need :) 10/10

Good choice for Saigon.
We changed our room from the front overlooking the street to a slightly smaller one at the back with a big balcony. The room was clean and functional with a comfortable mattress and soft pillows. We didn't use the microwave, just the kettle. The fridge was very cold and quite. The air con was quite also. Good shower with good pressure.
The two staff are not there a lot of the time, the young lady speaks good English and is very pleasant and helpful. Her brother who seems to do all the cleaning doesn't speak much English but will phone his sister if needed or you can call her directly or email.
There is building work going on next door. This starts about 7.30am till 5 or so with a break for lunch. Fortunately there was little drilling while we were there so we weren't too disturbed.
The TV appears to only on the Internet so there are only a few live channels. The Internet is good and fast.
The location is very good, midway between Bui Vien St and the War Remnants Museum. There is a Satra supermarket 150 metres away. The airport bus will drop you less than 5 minutes walk away and it's easy to find.
I would choose to stay here again the next time we are in Saigon.
