このホテルは1区の中心街までの距離が近く、個室で持ち物のセキュリティも確保されているにもかかわらず、一泊約2,000円と非常にリーズナブルです。
タイミングによっては、Agodaなどで1泊1,700円程度になることもあり、かなりお得に宿泊できます。
1週間以上滞在する場合、宿泊費を大幅に抑えられるため、長期滞在にもおすすめです。
注意点として、アーリーチェックインは難しいようで、ちょうど午後2時ごろにならないとチェックインのためのメールが届きません。
ただ、早朝便で到着しても、ホテルのバックヤードで荷物を預かってもらえるので、貴重品だけを持ってすぐに行動できます。
日中は暑いため、観光するなら朝や夕方から夜がおすすめ。
日中の移動はGrabのバイクやタクシーを利用すると快適に過ごせます。

客室・設備について
部屋の清潔感や匂いはほとんど気になりません。
私が訪れた3月の時期には、ほぼ虫もいませんでした。
外からの騒音はありませんが、隣の部屋の音は聞こえるので、音に敏感な方は気になるかもしれません。
館内はクーラーがよく効いており涼しいですが、私には少し寒く感じました。
部屋にいるときはクーラーをオフにしましたが、館内全体が涼しく、一枚羽織って過ごしていました。
シャワー・トイレは共用で、それぞれ2階に2つずつ設置されています。
シャワーの排水はあまり良くなく、8日間滞在したうち、後半4日ほどは脱衣所に水が少し溢れていましたが、大きな問題ではありませんでした。
水圧は低めですが、不便を感じるほどではありません。
ボディソープとシャンプーは常設されています。
トイレの清潔さは、同じ階の利用者によって異なります。
とても清潔というわけではありませんが、不潔で便座に座りたくないほどでもありません。
他の三つ星ホテル同様、トイレットペーパーは流せず、ゴミ箱に捨てる方式ですが、不思議と臭いは気になりませんでした。
洗面スペースにはヘアドライヤーが1台あり、短髪の方なら問題なく乾かせるでしょう。
部屋の清掃やバスタオル・シーツの交換は、お願いすれば対応してもらえたかもしれませんが、私の滞在中はそのようなサービスは特にありませんでした。

このホテルはバインミー屋さんも併設しており、そこのバインミーも安くて美味しいです。
店員さんもとても親切で、こちらからお願いごとや質問をすると、愛想よく一生懸命対応してくれます。

ホーチミンのこのエリアで料金が異常に安いので物珍しさを感じて宿泊してみましたが、予想より遥かにコストパフォーマンスに優れた施設でした。
ホテルのエントランスなどはなく、1Fにあるバインミー屋が受付になっていました。
ランドリーやクリーニングのサービス等もありますし、トイレやシャワールームなどの共用スペースも清潔でした。
もちろん部屋は狭いですが、寝れる広さですし空調も効きます。
1人旅の方には良いホテルになると思います。
今回8泊しましたがなんの不満もありませんでした。

部屋は清潔で綺麗でした。共用のシャワーとトイレも清潔でしたが、大きめの虫がシャワーにいた時がありました。日本街にあり、立地はとても良いです。ホテルの受付に行くために少し階段を登らなければいけないため、大きい荷物だと多少不便です。
