it was great! not the best sound proofing but it was very good consideing it being directly on bui vien street. you can definitely sleep well here you just need to not have a balcony room. overall it was great! ac worked and thats all you can really ask for. prices were great and staff was friendly and helpful. this is not a hotel you want to really have an extended stay at tho, unless you want to party for most of your stay. shops and restaurants were very close by and extremely walkable. i would say as a first time visitor to vietnam it waa pretty much perfect. during the day time it waa business as usually and you can just enjoy the city. lots of community and very close to all the tourist spots. night time its more difficult to get into the hotel as you have to walk because they shut down the street for the nightlife partying but if you like or can deal with that its a great place to stay. it was clean and not dirty and they clean daily and or at your request. dry cleaning and washing is right next door as well. i wouldnt have any worries staying here

Disgusting - impossible to sleep

This hotel was disgusting. The front of the building was dirty. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty and outdated. The hotel in on the party strip so sleep was impossible. When the music stopped at 4/5am the hotel started doing work constantly banging so couldn’t sleep even then. I would never recommend or return.

Bra service med mycket trafik

Hotellpersonalen var extremt trevliga och ville alltid hjälpa till! Rummen var väldigt fina, men man hörde trafiken som åkte utanför fönstret. I helhet är vi väldigt nöjda med vårt vistelse här, och skulle rekomendera det till alla som inte har för höga krav på boende.

Zimmer war in sehr schlechtem Zustand und dreckig. War sehr sehr laut bis um 4am, da sehr laute Musik von der Strasse. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

Well I had giving this property 5 stars, but Im considering other hotel, this place is hard to sleep due to noises around 3am. The bathroom floor was damaged. The staffs are good people.

This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of long night revelrie. It is also in the centre of thongs during the day. There is a lot of inescapable noise at night but if you are a party person that won't becan issue. My room was not clean. The bed was immaculate but the floors and walls need a clean. For instance, I dropped some drops of water on the ground when transferring water from one bottle to another and wiped the drops with s tissue - the floor boards had obviously not been cleaned for a while. The place is old and battered. The shower is cold which you don''t mind in the extreme heat. On the other hand, it is cheap for a good location.

I would not recommend this hotel.

This was not a good stay, I would not recommend it at all. It´s on walking street so there is loud music all night and until 7am and the rooms are not soundproof at all.. The room was also very worn down and not clean. I also had to pay extra after paying for the room and they said it was because it was new years eve but they never mentioned that when i booked the room..?

Attention pour les personnes que souhaiterais passez une nuit paisible juste en face des bars et boîtes de nuit chambre très mal insonorisées avec les fenêtres qui trembles ( a cause de la musique jusqu'a 04h 05h du matin en journée c'est calme) hotel pour un groupe damis ou personne venus a Ho Chi Minh pour faire la fête. Les bouteilles d'eau demandées pour le jour du depart sont payantes 10 000 dong la bouteille. La chambre dispose d'une clim, serviettes et litterie dans l'ensemble bon raport qualité prix pour personnes festives uniquement ou sourdes

The staff members are very nice, is just the condition of the room is deteriorating, especially the shower floor. The shower head doesn’t have much water coming out. But I still give 5 stars because the manager was willing to give me a free room upgrade.

I read the reviews yet booked a yway thinking "these guys should have read abour the walking street first. I thought i knew what i was getting into. I booked the panoramic sound proof room with a king sized bed. The bed was a queen and the room was NOT soundproof, but there was a panoramic view. Music on the walking street doesn't stop until 5am at the earliest, and it is loud. So if your in your partying years, you may enjoy this place. We checked out after the 2nd night.

Dirty dirty

Unfortunately the place is nothing like the photos. Absolutely the most dirty place ive ever been. I had to wipe the toilet because it had sirt on it. The floors are very dirty and the linen smelled bad im not sure they were clean maybe they didnt change it. Absolutely disapointed and super noisy because of location.

Cleanliness was nt bad, but thé horrible thundering music from 5- 4am did nt let us sleep. Horrible. Besides, when I wanted to pay the Tariff with Crédit Card, thé réceptionniste asked to pay 20% (Twenty %) additional for bank. THey want to deceive thé innocent Customer. NEVER EVER RÉSERVE ANY HÔTEL FROM THE SITE HOTELS. Com. DECEPTIVE, FRADULENT. 20% additional charge if paid with Crédit Card.
