We arrived early at 8 am. Front desk stored our bags and arranged for early checkin. Hoyel was clean and convenient for our short stay.

While the hotel was close to our conference, the facility was pretty run down. The room was on the smaller side and in a need of fresh coat of paint. The drapes were ripped and walls had visible scratches. However, the bathroom was in good clean shape. Most importantly, there was confusion with booking. As we learned at check-in, the hotel has two locations two blocks apart. From the reservation, it was not clear that we actually book a room in their other location, which was not pictured in the photos. Also, the room came with breakfast, but it was served in a restaurant almost a block away. Overall, you get what you pay for. As the guidebook advised, in Viet Nam every dollar counts, so it worth to spend more than $27 per night and get the service you want.

정말 좋은 전망의 식당에서 조식을 먹을수 있었고, 직원 분들도 전반적으로 친절했습니다. 객실에 물건을 놓고 나왔는데 친절하게 알려주셔서 감사했습니다. 식당의 매니져 분이 정말 에너지가 좋으셔서 기뿐 마음으로 하루를 시작 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 늦은 체크인을해서 주변지역의 전반 적인 분위기는 잘 몰르겠네요. 가격대비 시설이 좋았습니다.

미리 예약을 했었는데, 지하로 방을 배정해줌. 와이파이는 가끔씩 끊어짐. 미니바에 대한 아무런 얘기도 없었고, 룸안에 가격표도 없었는데, 체크아웃할때 미나바 계산을 함.

Standard room is in basement, no window and smell bad(smoke)! Very loudly, poor sound insulation. Poor drainage system. Took very long time to check in. The one one good thing is hotel is quite new.
