"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Although our visit was brief, Sara provided several excellent recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Milan. Based on her suggestions, we visited Chinatown and explored the beautiful Parco Sempione, where we rented bikes and scooters to tour the park before enjoying some delicious gelato. It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon and experience a different side of the city. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located. We had a great stay and only wish we had more time to explore Milan. We would happily stay here again on a future visit."

"I checked out early because I did not feel welcomed or comfortable at this hotel. During my stay, I was repeatedly questioned when walking through the lobby and asked for my name and room number nearly every time. After it happened multiple times, it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable as a guest. I understand hotels need to verify guests for security, but the repeated questioning felt excessive and made my stay unpleasant. I ultimately left early and booked another hotel because I no longer felt comfortable staying there."

"I’ve been staying here for three years, this is my fourth. It’s not the same. The staff are not as friendly, helpful except the one younger lady with blond hair. She was so nice. I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service. They usually have an amazing breakfast full of sliced fruit , delicious meats and veggies and egg. There was a bowl of sour smelling cut up apples, grapefruit and chopped up hot dogs for meat. The bacon was also under cooked. There was black mold in the bathroom corners of the tub. It’s not the same anyone i will not be returning. It was good the last three years, not this one. I hope they get it together."
