We loved the hotel room layout for a family of 4. The “living room” area turned into two twin beds perfect for our two kids. The breakfast was fine.. nothing spectacular but good variety. Location is great. A 15m slow walk to the duomo or the tram which was super easy. Removed 1 star bc the reception refused to loan me 2 glasses for wine. I thought that was pretty silly

Front Desk staff Rosa and Elisabetta were very helpful. Able to check in a little early. Breakfast had a nice selection of pastries together with a traditional egg selection. Order the cappuccino!

The Mozart is a comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. We found it very convenient when visiting family locally in Milan and travelling into Central Milan. The breakfast buffet in the bright basement room was good.

Convenient location. Walkable by 30-40 min to the center. Not much to do around the area of the hotel. Facilities were very clean and modern. Breakfast choices were excellent. Bug bonus was a street fair down the block.

I reviewed Hotel Mozart for a stay earlier in the week. This is for the final night in Milan. The room was clean. However, this was a smaller room and I would not reccommend for two if one is needing a little space to move around. It was tight quarters for two; however, we were not staying but one night and we managed. The bed was still excellent, but I do believe since it was a double, we didn't sleep as much as we would have in a larger room/bed. The breakfast is wonderful at Hotel Mozart as well. The room is very comfortable and the temps can be adjusted. The shower is a bit narrow for tall and broadshouldered customers, but it functions very well.

Not worth staying… until they finish remodeling

None of the rooms have air-conditioning that works. Construction started at 7 AM on the dot and did not end until 6 PM every day of our stay. Parking was nonexistent, even though it was advertised. At least the customer service was very good and I guess the beds were somewhat decent.

What a horrible experience. Very dirty with mold and smells. Never again, just horrible experience and staff. In the middle of renovations, construction all over, no updates, no special treatment. 5 steps you should carry the luggage.

Average, not worth price

The beds are comfortable but, the rooms smell like humidity, the showers don't drain well so we showered with water up to our ankles. No a/c if you aren't a "premium guest" whatever that means; so you have to call for them to turn the a/c on or off. The windows aren't sound proofed so you hear the cars and sirens and people talking in the street. Will not be coming back here when visiting Milan.
