"Reception staff really friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. Open 24/7 which was perfect as we were at a late wedding. There is a tram stop (16) 5 min walk from hotel which takes you to San Siro and also the central location so perfect for travelling around. The room was compact and clean. Would be improved by having a firmer pillow but the shower was amazing. Good to have tea and coffee facilities. We didn’t have breakfast as we did our own thing. We’d happily stay...

"Here’s a polished review you can use: I recently stayed at Ibis Milano Centro and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great central location, only about a 15-minute walk from Milano Centrale Station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around Milan. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, which was very convenient. The rooms are small, but they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for a city stay.One of the biggest advantages is the availability of shuttle buses to Malpensa Airport for only €10 per person. This made getting to the airport easy and affordable, especially for early flights. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ibis Milano Centro for its excellent location, cleanliness, convenience, and good value for money."

"I checked out early because I did not feel welcomed or comfortable at this hotel. During my stay, I was repeatedly questioned when walking through the lobby and asked for my name and room number nearly every time. After it happened multiple times, it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable as a guest. I understand hotels need to verify guests for security, but the repeated questioning felt excessive and made my stay unpleasant. I ultimately left early and booked another hotel because I no longer felt comfortable staying there."

"I’ve been staying here for three years, this is my fourth. It’s not the same. The staff are not as friendly, helpful except the one younger lady with blond hair. She was so nice. I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service. They usually have an amazing breakfast full of sliced fruit , delicious meats and veggies and egg. There was a bowl of sour smelling cut up apples, grapefruit and chopped up hot dogs for meat. The bacon was also under cooked. There was black mold in the bathroom corners of the tub. It’s not the same anyone i will not be returning. It was good the last three years, not this one. I hope they get it together."
