Lory and Stewart were fantastic hosts. The room was perfect for a couple! Was a great base for Hawaii Volcanoes National Park! Lots of dining options about 5 minutes away.

The hosts are very friendly. The breakfast is great with local fruits and homemade breads. The grounds around the house are beautiful making breakfast on the porch very enjoyable.

Klein, aber fein. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind klein aber sauber und gepflegt. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer. Das Frühstück aus diversen feinen Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten, Smoothies und Gebäck sind sehr fein. Grosser, schöner Garten vor dem Haus.

Great property! Just know, there are a few animal noises but that’s to be expected for the area. We loved this place and the breakfast was great! Lory was a great host.

A piece of calm paradise

Amazing b&b! Dae was a wonderful host. A tucked away home where you will be surrounded by nature and its sounds. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Stuart served us fruit from his trees for breakfast. His spacious and well kept back yard overlooks the lovely river that feeds Rainbow Falls. Idyllic.

Very clean and very well organized. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is absolutely phenomenal with plenty of fresh fruits and variety of breads. Hosts are very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations. Would definitely go back.

到着が夜になりましたがオーナーが出迎えてくれました。部屋は清潔でメンテナンスも出来ていて古さが魅力的に反映されていました。朝食はフルーツのレパートリー豊富な盛り合わせと出来立てのバナナブレッドやマフィン、ミックスフルーツスムージー、ゆで卵、コーヒーや紅茶は勿論ですが小さくて可愛いカラフルな黄緑と赤ぶちのトカゲ2匹が毎朝お早うって親しくやって来ます。心癒されて1日がスタート出来ました。最高のB&Bです。

This is our kind of BnB - simple but everything we need, quiet and natural surroundings. The lanai is shared between the three rooms and has a small fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. Breakfast featured fruits picked from the trees on the property.

Thoughtful room decor. Very clean and functional. No TV so I caught up on my reading, that is a huge plus. The breakfast offerings of ample fruit and baked things were great. Wonderful and relaxing

My husband and I stayed there for four nights and we had the most wonderful time there. Every morning was a different type of fresh cut fruit, mostly grown in the property and home bake goods. It was delicious! The room was small but comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for. The property and location was great too. It was a 10 minutes walk to rainbow falls and 5 minutes drive to downtown Hilo.

Charming and neatly appointed B&B, conveniently located in a residential neighborhood in Hilo. Lory is an amazing host and whips up a delicious, healthy breakfast spread of fruits, smoothies, and pastries. Rooms are well-furnished, comfortable, and a good value. We stayed in the Bamboo Room which was the smallest, but would recommend the larger Hawaiian or Sunrise Rooms to others

Gorgeous view

Great host great breakfast fabulous view. Very nice room. Yes the driveway is intimidating! Between the twisty road and steep drive and unfamiliar rental car I would not feel comfortable going in and out at night for dinner after dark

In a quiet, pretty residential neighborhood but not far from places to see and eat in town. It was such a nice sanctuary after driving in town traffic and loved falling asleep to the sound of frogs. Relaxing room and nice bathroom; no television, but was able to stream on our laptop with the wifi. Breakfasts on the lanai were lovely. Was introduced to some new tropical fruit, and Lory made two kinds of delicious baked goods each morning and sweetly offered to pack leftovers for us to take on our outings. Would absolutely stay here if in Hilo again!
