"My husband and I stayed at Mottram Hall last week for two nights and we were upgraded to a lovely room but it was next to a fire door that was very noisy. We went to reception and spoke to the lovely Katy who kindly gave us another upgrade to an amazing room which was a lot quieter. The spa facilities were lovely and very clean. It has a lovely gym and pool area, unfortunately you do have to pay to use these and you are limited for times as a guest. You could use the facilities all day but...
