"Have to say that I am very disappointed with my stay. Checkout is 12. At 11 I went downstairs. 11 10 back to my room I go. Only to find my key card had been deactivated. Then have to go down to reception to get it reactivated. At 11.45 we were packed and exited the room. When I remembered I had left an item in the room. Went to go back in and yet again the key card had been deactivated. It wasn't even 12. So I was very very unhappy"

"Fantastic location. Absolutely brilliant hotel gym…never seen one anywhere near as good. Lovely public areas. Issue with the aircon in the room which I believe to have been in some sort of eco mode and was not nearly sufficient in hot weather. Spoke to reception who immediately seemed to able to alter it, but this had to be done a few times and was hot in the night. We had a standard size room on a high floor (an upgrade) - the room was tiny but sufficient for our needs."
