"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "Perfect 10/10 stay. Loved everything.
Central to our needs. Corner suite is highly recommended - spacious and
stylishly finished with views of the city. "
"My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated room at the hotel for 3 days in mid-August.
The Room
We chose a smaller room which was extremely well appointed despite being smaller than the average north American room. The room had been redesigned from the ground up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Queen size bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was a built-in desk with a mini bar as well as shelves that provided plenty of room to store items. The bathroom included a shower and tub as well as a bidet toilet. The bath amenities were also high quality and plentiful. All the staff we encountered were great.
Location
The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near a mall and the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 and Family mart a block away.
I would highly recommend the hotel due to its location, staff and room quality."
"The bus stop is located directly across the street, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind using public transportation, this location is perfect for you. We traveled all around Tokyo, and if you're familiar with Google Maps, you'll be able to easily catch the bus right in front of the lobby."
