There are free ice cream treats on the top floor after 3pm. And the onsen (hot tubs, sauna) on the 12th floor is also included in the stay. The hotel is on the beginning of Mizuki Shigeru Road and is beautifully decorated with castings of Mizuki's characters (famous anime artist)."
