"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "
"Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "
"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The proprietress very personable, efficient and business like, also she made you feel welcome

"We were warmly greeted by Evan who was very helpful, friendly and informative. We felt welcomed by the whole team and the vibe and energy of the place are great. We would definitely stay again.
The tube is close, nearby restaurants offer nice and varied choices and it’s a clean area and feels quite safe to walk during day and night.
The rooms are cozy. Not super spacious but lofty and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good as well!"
"A great place to stay. Very comfortable room and bed with a good, strong shower. Very quiet during the night.
And... great breakfast in the morning with excellent service."
"I love the way the hotel looks like a cruise ship. The rooms look like cabins and are named after people they have helped around the world. It's in a lovely area, but so far away from the city, but great for the Excel and the O2 (via the new cable car). Lovely staff too!"
