"Great location, a five minute walk to the train station and 5-10 minutes from shopping and dining in Leeds. Check in was great - our room was spotless and very comfortable. Maybe a few more milks for a morning/evening cuppa. Happy hour in the bar (actually 4 hours) was a nice touch. Can't fault anything and will be returning for sure."

Our room was spotless and comfortable, featuring a vast, comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located, within a reasonable distance from the city centre, and we really enjoyed the lovely views of the canal from our room. Everything went smoothly, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
