The staff was very welcoming, especially the blonde woman on the front desk. She made our stay very memorable. The hotel itself was aesthetically furbished. Their spa facilities are impressive very modern and very relaxing. Paying for parking was the only issue. Other than that what a wonderful stay. Thank you

Staff were excellent. We were offered a free room upgrade, but it was really small. The room smelt as if drains were blocked, and the shower didn't drain quickly. It was extremely hot throughout the night. The gym facility was in excellent condition. Sadly we never experienced the spa.
