"The staff were nice, but the place and cleanliness was poor. I honestly wanted to leave the first day. I was super excited about the hot tub, but I found hair and the old scrunchie near it. I told him to clean my room twice and it’s like they just moved stuff around didn’t sweep, the shower had a weird rust around it too"

"Great rooms that are very good size. Staff is amazing. We had to quickly check in to attend a baseball game and they brought all our luggage to the room and make the whole process very easy. "

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"

"This hotel was bit out of the way. 30min subway ride to main areas. Surrounded by local restaurants but the men get drunk in the evenings and are perverts, so dont go out there to eat. The hotel is very small but very clean and modern. Air conditioner did not work well. "
