This establishment is an upscale and elegant hotel. The room is characterized by its classical and luxurious design. The air conditioning system was exceptionally effective. We stayed here for 6 nights with family. Rooms are beautiful. It was very helpful having toilet and showers separate since we were staying with family. Our rooms were getting cleaned everyday and bedding was very comfortable. AC worked beautifully and we have no complaints regarding rooms being hot.Pool area is beautiful but we were surprised to know that there were no showers there and we needed to return back to the rooms from basement to our 10 th floor rooms in wet suits and towels to get into a shower. For the cost of the room per night amenities and services are very basic.We were expecting more, so were a bit disappointed.

A beautiful hotel and very large rooms for the price. Loved the location great design. A few small complaints: the food at the restaurants could be improved and after room service the tray says to leave it outside in the hallway. There were several times when the trays were out in the hallway all night and smelled even if we called for them to be picked up. But those are relatively small complaints.

The facilities and rooms at this hotel were excellent. Everything was extremely clean, well‑maintained, and felt very well cared for. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to unpack, relax, and move around comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall setup made it easy to rest after a long day. I really appreciated how tidy and organized everything was, and I would gladly stay here again.

Great location, excellent rooms. If you ask for any pillows or anything extra there will be a charge. Staff is nice but unwilling to help provide any tips outside of the hotel (ie tourist spots, local food). Do your research prior to arriving.

The Avanti Gangnam is exceptional in every way form service to food and beverage, ammenities and th I interior design of both the cabin apartments and gym were fantastic to accommodate our family of 4 - both my young adult children enjoyed the hotel fitness an pools areas and the Beckett cafe is also noteworthy . The commitment to celebrating wellness and culture is to be applauded - no TV’s replaced with wonderful books was a great move. Thanks we will return

Only female staff were very nice and helpful. I don’t know why but when I was at front desk and breakfast male staff were served and they were both not nice. Everything else is very good. Breakfast at bakery is better option than buffet.

The location of the hotel is great. I totally loved the lay out of the room and it was very spacious for 3 people. The hotel is very clean and I love the amenities that they provided. The only drawback I have was when I stayed there in March, the weather was still cold. The floors were heated and we could not adjust the temperature in the room itself and it got very hot. The only thing we could do was to open the sliding doors to the patio to get it to cool down but as a result in the evening when we were sleeping it was noisy. Apart from that the hotel was wonderful.

Hotel was nice, but definitely not a 5 star experience, it’s quite basic for the price with breakfast not included. Gym and swimming facilities are great but you have to pay extra for the sauna. I think maybe it’s priced for 4 people staying, but the beds are small.

The staff was so friendly! They always went above and beyond for any requests we made. The manager Billy Kim made sure we were taken care of at all times. The location was close to cafes, food and convenience stores. We always felt safe. We loved staying at the Ananti at Gangnam!
