"The rooms were very pretty. They were clean and all the facilities we needed were there. The location was amazing. Everything was within a few mins walk away so it was super convenient to get around. The highlight however, was the staff. There were two girls at the reception who were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet and hospitable even before and after the trip. They arranged pick up transports, the Halong Bay tour (including private transport) and also direct drop off to the airport after the cruise. Even after checkout they coordinated everything and kept me updated throughout. Anytime I had a question or request (no matter what time of day), they got back to me almost immediately. Honestly, it was by far the best service I’ve ever received in any hotel or place. Even though Vietnamese people in general (especially in the hospitality segment) are extremely nice, the staff at Indochine Premium went even above and beyond. I could go on and on about the service but I’ll stop here saying that they truly set the tone for the whole trip and set the service bar standard extremely high for me. I also just want to express my gratitude here for them and say thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality. "
