"The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, and all the amenities were good. Unfortunately, the room had no window, which made it feel quite enclosed, so I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars overall."

"Hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It feels more like a hostel. There is an elevator/lift that only lets you off on half floors, meaning you have to walk steps to every floor you want to go to. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. The shower drain flooded the whole bathroom, there were stains on the pillowcases. ..."
