"Our stay here was fabulous. We enjoyed the terrace suite with the Jacuzzi on the deck. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the ladies at the spa were wonderful. The people at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Happy made sure that we had everything we needed and had good recommendations for what we were looking for in the neighborhood. The only thing I would mention is that if you are a light sleeper, staying in a room with an outside deck may not be quiet enough. But that is true for a lot of properties in the Old Quarter. It’s really really busy there so it’s also never really quiet. We were fine, slept amazing. However, something to consider if that’s an issue for yourself. Thank you for our wonderful day. We would definitely come back."

"This is a small, boutique hotel, it is comfortable, with a small indoor pool and small gym. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is okay, with a few option's, restaurant is linited in the evening. Location is convenient, for old quarter and train street, but not a 'glamorous' area like French qtr. Thia hotel though is defined by its staff who are absolutely wonderful... they are 6 star!"

"this is absolutely the best hotel for the best price in hanoi, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. emma especially made our experience warm and friendly. the breakfast buffet was also 10/10. i had another guest with me who didn’t come to breakfast and they told me to bring a plate of food to the room. i usually don’t leave reviews for things but this hotel exceeded my expectations."

"The room is clean everyday and staff were considerate as to when it will be done. The staff were all attentive, polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as it covers Asian and Western food especially that you can request for other food such as pho, scrambled or sunny side up eggs. The air conditioning is great especially when you’re out for a trip. My sister and I tried their massage spa and it’s very good as well. The airport shuttle is also very good. Overall, amazing experience. "
