I couldn’t recommend a better hotel in Hanoi! The property itself was beautiful, spotless, and very easy to find. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even remembering each member of our family every time we returned from our daily adventures. Their recommendations for sightseeing were incredible, and their laundry service was quick and seamless—such a huge help while traveling. At one point, we needed transportation for the day, and they effortlessly arranged a private car for us, making everything so convenient. A special thank you to Ruby, who my son absolutely adored—he looked forward to seeing her every time we walked through the doors. Honestly, the level of care and hospitality we experienced here alone is enough reason for me to return to Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay! Everything was just great! From beautiful rooms to dining room for breakfast, everything was tastefully designed. Staff was well trained and professional. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was always hospitable and ready to help! Wait staff at breakfast restaurant were awesome, speak good English and made everyone feel very welcome. Manager Quan was always around to oversee that everything is well, Ling at restn was always smiling and warm and so was Linh at reception desk! Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. It really is a haven amidst the chaos of the city. The staff are extremely professional and helpful.
