"Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. "This hotel is amazing and a must recommend when visiting Jeju Island. Based on otherโs reviews, I was aware that we will need to rent swimming caps if swimming indoors so this didnโt bother me. As for dining, they have good options in the facility but if you want to taste famous local dishes, it is not far away by car. Everything is amazjng including the convenience store on site and the games area that is available for all to use. The room is great and one of the best lay out and decor I have ever seen. The only thing I would recommend is to add laundry facilities because there are swimming pools everywhere and although they provide clothes hanger, the clothes might not dry on time prior to checkout or your flight. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would come here again!"
