"Great space for our family. Old building but brand new modern hotel. Wonderful staff. The breakfast could use help as they seem short staffed but overall a great place to stay. "
"The hotel was very conveniently located and had a great river view. The rooms are large and there was a good selection of channels for the English speaking clientele. The only complaint I have is that the bed was so hard that I had to ask for an extra duvet to sleep on and it was still really hard even with that padding."

"The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room appropriate in size for a single and the location was excellent. I recommend the Grand Hotel des Terraux!"
"The bedroom is small but well appointed. I loved the form mattress and got a good night’s sleep. The ambiance is tranquil and the reception smelled great. Best of all was Kareem whose welcome and help made the stay so pleasant. When we found that our room was just beneath the rooftop bar and subject to late night noise, Kareem immediately changed our room with no fuss. We never made it to the rooftop bar and the many bad reviews it gets made it no big deal. I bet the hotel would get way better ratings if it could remedy the poor service reported. "
