Amazing!!! The service was awesome and the hotel and room felt very luxurious. Even the clothes they gave us to wear were very comfortable! The meals were plentiful but perhaps a bit too fancy/unique for us, and we are not picky eaters. The public bath house for women is also quite small (not sure about men’s), so we just used our private hot spring in our room instead which was perfect for 2 people to sit in at one time.
Had an amazing honeymoon here last week. We stayed in Kokonoe which had a private open air bath. Right at the star, the staff was very polite and took care of us extremely well. The room we had was so nice and did not leave us wanting for anything. The open air bath especially was a treat and I did not want to leave, especially as my view during was breathtaking. I chose the option that included both breakfast and dinner and I was amazed at the traditional Japanese meals I received. There were so many small dishes that made for a great culinary experience. I also enjoyed the great beverages during dinner and would recommend the kiwi liqueur. I wanted to specifically give thanks to Kameda who made conversation with us with the English he knew and was very kind during our meal. This is definitely a place I would recommend to those who want a relaxing time away from the city and a culinary experience.
Their service overall was very pleasant, the facilities were amazing including the private onsen. Only couple of complaints is their English was a bit limited, the property was easy to miss when navigating to it on Google Maps, and they left us to figure out how to set up our futons.
Excellent! Je recommande cet hôtel pour une retraite relaxante. Pour le menu Kaiseki, faut aimer le poisson et fruit de mer. L'ensemble du séjour était parfait.Vous ne serez pas déçu.
