The hotel was spotlessly clean,the staff was very helpful and attentive,made us feel welcome at all times. The onsen is really nice and relaxing. Food was fantastic. It is a beautiful hotel with great amenities.

出来て四年目の施設でとても綺麗でした。
従業員の方々皆さん素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくださいました。お風呂のタイル画（特に富士山）が素敵でした。遊歩道散策用にベンチコートの用意もしてありました。近くにコンビニがあるのも便利で良いです。お料理もとても美味しかったです☆また伺いたい宿です。

大人2名ずつ計4名での利用です。お部屋は少々小さめですが、くつろぐには十分でした。お食事も美味しく、お風呂も良かったですがなによりスタッフの皆様がとても親切でした。おかげさまでとても気持ちよく過ごすことができ、大変感謝しております。

客室に館内にと綺麗で清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、対応もたいへん良かったです。
温泉（大浴場）は室内室外と分かれておりゆったりと入れました。
食事はたいへん美味しく、またスタッフもてきぱきしており、おかわりや、飲 み物のオーダーもスムーズでした。
また交通の便はバスがメインとなり、強羅駅からは距離を感じましたが、周辺にはポーラ美術館にガラスの森美術館があり、堪能出来ました。
是非また来たいと思った宿泊施設でした❗️
