大人2名ずつ計4名での利用です。お部屋は少々小さめですが、くつろぐには十分でした。お食事も美味しく、お風呂も良かったですがなによりスタッフの皆様がとても親切でした。おかげさまでとても気持ちよく過ごすことができ、大変感謝しております。

客室に館内にと綺麗で清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、対応もたいへん良かったです。
温泉（大浴場）は室内室外と分かれておりゆったりと入れました。
食事はたいへ ん美味しく、またスタッフもてきぱきしており、おかわりや、飲み物のオーダーもスムーズでした。
また交通の便はバスがメインとなり、強羅駅からは距離を感じましたが、周辺にはポーラ美術館にガラスの森美術館があり、堪能出来ました。
是非また来たいと思った宿泊施設でした❗️
