"Everything at this hotel was perfect. Staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. Our twin room was warm and cosy with good wifi ,a fridge,kettle,and extras should we need them.Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful...a large variety of hot and cold items that apoealed to everybodys taste and was buffet styleso you could have as much as you wanted. We had the loveliest 8 night stay here and I will recommend it to everybody. Walk to JR station took only 10 mins snd limobus stop only about 12 mins away...."

"Absolutely loved my stay here for a week in January. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, did everything to ensure we had a great experience. Room was small but clean, functional and loved the toilet. It's also in the perfect area for tourists visiting, maybe 3 min walk from the subway and right next to the called Shibuya Crossing. "

"What a beautiful hotel with such lovely attention to detail! It’s clean, modern, convenient, has friendly staff and is directly on top of some fun shops and amenities!!! It’s walking distance to public transport, close to Shibuya scramble and great shops. My only issue was that I didn’t have space to keep my luggage bag open, as the floor space is very limited, so I had to climb over my bag or pack it up and away each time I used it. Overall a wonderful hotel and I can’t wait to return!"

The location is unbeatable—literally seconds from the subway and multiple convenience stores, with great dining options just steps away. Shinjuku was about a 15min walk or short ride on the subway.
