"We had a wonderful stay here and our children really enjoyed it too. The breakfast was excellent, the only thing we didn't enjoy so much was the food at The Grill. The quality of the children's meals meat didn't seem great, the hot dog was like one from a tin and the burger meat didn't seem great either, which you'd expect the quality to be better for the price you pay. The adult wagu beef burger was fine,but the meal was nothing special (£26 each). Also parking is expensive, I thought it would've been inclusive of staying over night (£13.50 for 24 hours in the outdoor carpark the cheapest) Other than this everything was perfect"

"The gym and pool were lovely, and the bar area was nice. Breakfast was good, but it started a little late on weekends, and a few of us queued outside before it opened (8am). Otherwise, a great and lovely hotel and stay."

"We checked in very late and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable but we could not quite get the pillows to suit us but that is completely a personal thing. Only negative was there was only one bath towel for 2 people, but I'm sure if I'd contacted reception this would have been remedied immediately."

"My partner and I stayed for 1 night as a birthday gift. Our room was huge and spotless clean. The bed was great and very comfortable. However, the room was cold and despite a small fan heater the room did not heat up. The shower was over the bath and when on soaked the bathroom as no shower curtain. We had our evening meal in the bar area and it was beautiful, lots of flavour and piping hot. Not much choice on the menu and a little basic but good on price. Drinks were a bit pricey. We took advantage of the spa as guests to the hotel can use it for free. The gym was great and well equipped, the pool was lovely and I really enjoyed the sauna and steam room, it was very relaxing. Disappointed the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was a help yourself affair with a good choice of food from cereals, ham, cheese, fruit and pastries to a full cooked breakfast. There was also juice, tea and coffee. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but next time would like a warmer room please."

"A good-value, reliable place to stay, not fancy but a good bed, decent shower, soap, t & c facilities and it's got WiFi. Been there a few times before and will probably be there again."
