As someone born in Newport, I really appreciated seeing the references to the Transporter Bridge throughout the hotel. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The rooms and beds are comfortable and as two women guests we felt very safe

Fantastic hotel. Check in staff werent the friendliest and not a warm welcome and hectic. Would stay again as excellent breakfast and breakfast staff very helpful and welcoming. Food was superb. Room was top notch
