"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. "First time staying at this hotel and the room was huge. Very impressed with the layout, especially in Seoul. Laundry was in the room and a nice open area to relax and watch tv including a full size kitchen with all the utensils and plates. Very modern bathroom but did not like their towels. When new is ok but after one use the towel started to smell and turn yellow. I don't know what it was but it was not very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel for almost a week and the close proximity to bus and metro was nice and many shops at walking distance. "
