"Great stay in the heart of Victoria. Around the corner from the inner harbor and empress hotel, hop on hop off bus, restaurants and easy.
Staff was responsive, comfy beds, enjoyed our suite.
Only issue - sliding glass door to the small balcony was jammed. Maintenance came but I couldn’t open again after he left. Shd have two small chairs or stools on patio. "
