Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Daily included breakfast was delicious. Wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next trip to Sidney.

Charming old building. The staff were very friendly. When they learned it was our anniversary, they come to our room with a small bottle of champagne and glasses
This is a pet friendly hotel, I’m
Not sure I would have stayed here if I had done my research, but appeared clean enough.
Our room was spotless and we so appreciated the staff letting us check in early! The breakfast was excellent, so all in all a wonderful stay at an absolutely charming hotel!
Thank you so much!
The Latch Inn is a unique accommodation if you like something more eclectic. The building has alot of character, as do the rooms. Everything was clean and inviting. Some areas more run down but nothing that overly concerned us. The breakfast was AMAZING...the hollandaise sauce was so delicious. Service was really great and the location was quiet, safe and very close to the airport (which is why we chose it). Highly recommend!
The team at The Latch was welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. It’s an older, stately property with comfortable beds, spacious gathering areas, and fresh baked goods.
The Latch in is very comfortable - elegance from an earlier century: large rooms with a comfortable bed and places to sit - a place where you don't mind spending a bit of time. Breakfast is wonderful - adding to the pleasure of your stay.
We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch!
Greater older style house (was built in 1929 as the Lieutenant's mansion) with a large room (mine, the Library, anyway). There was a great breakfast in the morning with an actual menu.

It's a lovely property and the manager was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was clean if you didn't look closely under the bed on the windowsill around the window frames and everywhere or the human eye typically doesn't go, there was thick dust. Also on the bathroom window screens, cobwebs on the radiators and the windows. The tub the sink everything else was clean. We still enjoyed our stay - But so much dust and cobwebs really stood out to me that the cleaners were not doing a great job.
A good option for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. A charming older building that was mostly OK apart from the bathroom which needed upgrading.
