"We had a lovely one bedroom suite across the street from the beach. The Cafe on the bottom level was convenient for a quick snack. Our room was serviced daily. We had a two night reservation to attend a in-house conference. I would love to stay at this hotel and would certainly recommend."

"My family and I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 am. Our room was ready and we were able to check in around 11:00 am. The room was spacious and clean. There was also a cute rubber duck added in the room for decoration. The following day, we needed to be at the airport at 3:00 am. The front desk arranged for a taxi for us the day before. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver."

"I booked two days stay. On the second day, the room wasn't cleaned approbally. No new bath towels and didn't changed facial tissues. Also I can see things on the floor. Not satisfied with their house keeping work. Otherwise, it's good"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Poets Cove on Pender Island. The facilities were fantastic, with everything we could have wanted for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful, and having easy access to the beach, outdoor pools and gym made the stay even more special. One of the highlights was being able to sit out on the balcony in the evening and watch the deer lay sleeping on the hot tub cover and the otters playing in the small waterfall. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience, and a real bonus to have nature right outside our door. We also loved the spa. It was incredibly relaxing, and there never seemed to be too many people using it, which made it feel calm and peaceful. Poets Cove is a beautiful place to unwind, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing island escape."
