"I loved the staff at this hotel. They take care of you like you are family. The resort is clean and you feel safe while there. I didn't like that the steak house was an extra fee and not included in the all inclusive package as stated when we booked the trip. "

"I have stated this resort three times total and absolutely loved it every time. The restaurants are all so good. All of the pools are amazing! But the best part is that it feels like you’re in a rainforest and all the animals. I would also like to add, how amazing the staff is every single person we interacted with was phenomenal. The only thing that I think that could be improved is being able to reserve more than just three restaurants for dinner per stay! "
