Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"I like the cleanness, they upgraded us to the elite room for extra fees and I was very disappointed because the room view was not worth the upgrade and fees. I was better off keeping my junior suit with U ocean view extremely disappointed."

Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent Stay at Riu Palace Las Americas We had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Las Americas, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The amenities were excellent and well maintained throughout the resort. The food was very good, and the Don Roberto buffet was a real highlight, with a great variety and quality at every meal. Cleanliness was outstanding. The staff kept the rooms and common areas spotless, and you could tell they take real pride in maintaining such a high standard. The beach was beautiful, and the swimming pools were fantastic, perfect for spending the day relaxing in the sun. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made check-in and the rest of our stay smooth and easy. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would love to come back!"

Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun and would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Our Junior Suite was amazing—it felt almost like an apartment! The rain shower was one of my favorite features; I joked that I wanted to pack it up and take it home. The room was consistently clean, well stocked, and beautifully maintained. I initially requested a room change because I wasn’t satisfied with the location of our first room for the price point. The staff accommodated us based on availability, and our new room had beautiful lagoon and ocean views. The balcony, robes, amenities, and overall comfort were excellent. The location was also a major plus—very convenient and close to everything. Most of the staff provided excellent service, and my concierge deserves 5+ stars! He was attentive and available whenever we needed him. I was also very pleased with the photography services and our photos.i had one negative engagement with a bartender on the 21st floor. What kept this from being 5 stars was the entertainment and especially the food. There wasn’t much to do at times, and unfortunately, none of the food really stood out. Restaurant meals were mediocre and often not hot enough, while room service consistently arrived cold or lukewarm. If the dining experience matched the accommodations, service, and location, this easily would have been a 5-star stay. Overall it was a great vacation and I would recommend it for couples seeking a quiet relaxing stay.-not entertainment"

Haven Riviera Cancun - All Inclusive - Adults Only

8/10 Good

"Haven is a beautiful resort, great food, wonderful staff, BUT if you want to go near the ocean this resort is not for you. Sadly the seaweed overgrowth is very nasty, stinky and affected most of the resort. You cannot even nap on the cabanas at the beach because the rotting smell was so bad. I also smelled the rotting smell in our shower water and room. They use ‘fragrances’ a lot and I think that’s why, to mask the nasty ocean smell. It’s very unfortunate because it is truly a beautiful resort, with wonderful staff and food. I know the seaweed overgrowth is not their fault but BAD location to build a resort. The pools were incredible, clean and we did upgrade to serenity which all in all was worth it. Gourmet coffees any and everything food and drink wise you could ever want and the quality is unmatched. We loved the resort but sadly will not return because the seaweed is nasty, the smell was nasty and it seemed to penetrate into even the bed sheets. Or maybe the water they were washed in was stinky. That would be our biggest complaint. The shows were wonderful. The pool umbrellas need replacing as it was very difficult to raise them up."

Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"10/10 experience We had such a great time! The staff was so nice! The food was amazing 10/10! The activities were entertaining! Our room was so nice and big and clean! We definitely want to go back! The only thing I would safe is bring your own sunscreen because buying sunscreen on property was like $50 USD for 1 can."
