"The room was tidy and cleaned daily but I had to chase for the code to get in and was never given the code for the kitchen even after requested. The info on booking stated breakfast and a welcome drink would be provided which it was not."

"The staff were excellent, especially Jose who was polite, welcoming and very helpful.
The bedroom was a delight with a comfortable oversized bed. The bathroom felt a little tired in design and condition but was very clean and well kept.
Despite proximity to the runway at Heathrow there was no noticeable noise whatsoever.
Highly recommended. Very highly recommended when considering the price."
