The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry. "Hotel is nice, our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Food was good at dinner and breakfast. Vegan and vegetarian options. Only negative was the absolutely dreadful smell in the bathroom in our room. A cross between mould and drains. It was overwhelming. We had a ground floor room"

"Good: Staff, breakfast, room size and quality. Bad: intermittent and weak WiFi signal in bedroom - constantly cutting out and dropping connection. Had to move to a public area at one point to complete Teams calls. "
