Toy and the entire team rock oh and the extra special touches with your partnership with the cafe / restaurants were perfect as we ate at all three …and the elegant mothers say touch with photo opportunities were priceless as we were here for a mommy and daughter annual trip ! "The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"My room itself was mostly fine — appreciated having a fridge and microwave — but the hallways and common spaces were so unpleasant. Blasting club remixes even at 1AM, weed smell so intense that I wondered if people were smoking *in the halls* rather than in their rooms, people standing right outside my door and yelling up the hall for extended conversations since I was near the elevator. If you go in expecting a hostel-like experience for an atypically low rate for Brooklyn, I think this would make sense, but I was tired and a little sick coming straight off a business trip on the other side of the country. I was hoping for a similar experience to other budget but still "normal" hotels in the neighborhood, and didn't get it."

"I paid extra for a room with a view. The room I is faced the back of another building and I was told anything above the twentieth floor is considered a view of the city. This is clearly false advertisement and they did not offer me a refund or any other accommodation when I complained. The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The rooms were small with little ventilation and the breakfast was not good. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling off like there had been water damage, the floor was gritty and the desk was not wiped down well. The highlight was the housekeeping staff who were always friendly and accommodating."
