"Two of our three rooms in the renovated North Tower were ready before 4 pm, so the girl at check-in was very helpful in getting the third room ready on the same floor. Two of us got lovely fallsview rooms, as our view was upgraded......beeautiful sunny view!!
However, my room was double booked, and since I had cancelled it through Expedia before the last day to cancel to get a better rate, she said the hotel could not cancel it. I had to contact Expedia for the refund......which I did when I got back, and my refund was already being processed.
Dinner at Wildflower Social in the Hilton was delicious, before the Keith Urban show......and it was handy to just scoot up the escalator to line-up for the amazing show. Breakfast on the 33rd floor was a perfect sunny way to end off a fun stay at the Hilton.
A much better stay than two weeks ago.....as the Mid Tower was not renovated and the room had 'no view' literally, not even sunlight, just a frosted glass pane, and also no hot water, only warm water."
"Our hotel room included an amazing view of both the American and Canadian side of Niagara Falls. It was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed and would definitely visit again."
