"This was a nice hotel. The room was big with a living room. And the couch wasn’t gross like they are in some hotels. The complimentary breakfast was perfect before we hit the road. "

"Pool and spa in excellent condition, with lockers nearby, casino tower rooms have ample space and fast elevators. Roses Cafe could improve the meals a bit, but ok in a pinch."

"Although the property could use a few updates, our room and all public areas were spotless and inviting. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. We felt very safe in the evening while walking to many great restaurant options nearby. We will be returning to the Crystal Inn on our next visit to Salt Lake City. The service and property can't be beat. "
