Les chambres … plancher sales peux pas te promener pied nu, air climatisé bruyant. Extérieur… piscine vraiment vraiment sale, beaucoup d’algues dans le fond et l’eau un peu verte. Pour le même pris il y a un hôtel/motel sur la principale et beaucoup plus propre car je suis allé visiter pour la prochaine fois.

I booked this property because it said breakfast was offered. I called the day before to add an extra person to the room and was never told they were going to be cancelling breakfast. Found out because someone loudly knocked on the room at 10pm to let us know

There was limited staff around the property. There was no one around to check me out when I left. Cobwebs hanging from the air vents My husband had to clean the filter in the air conditioner to make it work. Not at all what the pictures represent

It's the worst worst worst motel, the reception entrance door it's too dirty. The air-conditioning it's too noisy. The toilet is dirty and the shower too, there's a yellow spots on the border.Torn towels. They laid the torn towel lying on the bathtub. The toilet fan is unattached and too noisy. The floating floor is poorly laid. risk of tripping. Zero services. They never answer a call. I hope if I have access to share photos. But I will do it on Google.

aucun service, ex. faire la chambre, pas de papier mouchoir, 1/2 rouleau papier de toilette, obligé de demander de changer les serviette de bain, senteur de cigarette, le proprio est au courant mais ne fais rien, sur le site les chambres sont supposées est bien entretenues... Website said it provided free breakfast. At motel they said it had changed from the 15th june and cancelled it. I booked on the 15th so all of a sudden no free breakfast but 2 gift cards worth $5 each for 4 people at Wendy's. No kettle, coffee or soap in room. Run down

Le site disait arrivée à 13h00 ce qui était faux. Le site disait petit déjeuner inclus ce qui était faux. Le site disait cafetière ce qui était faux, il y avait une bouilloire sans café, sans thé... Le site disait grande télévision mais elle était très petite. Le module d'air climatisé était au mur et il n'y avait pas de manette pour le faire démarrer ou arrêter. J'ai dû monter sur le lit pour le faire fonctionner. Quand j'ai avisé la réception on a eu l'air étonné et on m'a dit qu'on irait voir mais à notre retour dans la chambre, il n'y avait toujours pas de manette. Draps et serviettes usés, usés. Nous ne sommes vraiment pas satisfaites de notre séjour et ce serait très apprécié recevoir un dédommagement étant donné tous les services non rendus. Jamais je ne recommanderais cet établissement à qui que ce soit.

Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner compris est ferme. Rien ne fonctionne, ni machine à collation, ni machine à eau. Les chariots de ménage traînent abandonnés dans les couloirs etc
