Local silencioso, com muito verde.

Excelente hospedagem, tudo era novo, organizado, funcional, o local Ă© muito silencioso pois fica numa rua sem saĂ­da e ainda tem janelas de vidro duplo, o silĂȘncio Ă© total. O Flat Ă© grande, inclusive o banheiro bem espaçoso, bastante iluminação natural e num local bem tranquilo com muito verde. Ideal para quem estĂĄ de carro, fica a menos de 10 minutos da maioria dos passeios de Gramado e possui garagem e portĂŁo eletrĂŽnico. NĂŁo recomendo para quem estĂĄ a pĂ© pois Ă© um pouco afastado do centro e de qualquer passeio.

Muito Honesto! Acomodação nova, limpa e não muito longe do centro. Ponto negativo, ar condicionado no quarto, mas não tinha na sala onde fica o banheiro... Em dias frios complica. Recomendo.

Esta é a segunda vez que fico neste flat. Tudo estava impecåvel, acomodaçÔes, limpeza e mais importante a tranquilidade. O flat fica localizado em uma rua sem saída, sem trùnsito e bem silencioso. Recomendo sem medo de errar. O Sr. Roque foi muito agradåvel no check-in e sempre que encontrava com ele batíamos bons papos.

Os apartamentos são exatamente como especificado nas fotos. Compacto, porém confortåvel. Possui ågua quente nas torneiras do banheiro e cozinha e ar condicionado com temperatura quente no quarto. O Roque é um excelente anfitrião, muito gentil. O flat fica um pouco afastado da cidade, o local é tranquilo e seguro. Ideal para quem vai de carro e uma ótima opção para quem deseja economizar e ir com família pequena.
