It was my first time visiting Gramado, and it couldn't be a better place to stay. Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel staff was invaluable in giving guidance and help with the parking.

Hotel is located right in the center of town near everything. The breakfast buffet was great. The beds were comfortable. Only thing I did not like were the annoying sales agent wanting to pitch for Hotel Club every morning as you walk out of breakfast.

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo , mas incondizente com a categoria. Quartos com cheiro de cigarro e mofo. Inúmeras abordagens dentro hotel para assistir algum curso para “ganhar” algum passeio. Café da manhã cheio de comida processada, também pedimos uma tapioca , na qual veio queimada. Hotel não é ruim de tudo, mas no máximo 2-3 estrelas.

Hotel muito bem localizado, funcionários muito gentis, camareiras educadas e simpáticas; tudo muito limpo e cuidado. O funcionário do café da manhã chamado Joseano Felipe nos tratou de forma ímpar, e está de nota 1000! Gustavo nos recebeu muito bem e nos atendeu por várias vezes com muita gentileza, no café da manhã as equipes que pegamos não paravam de trabalhar e repor os alimentos. Passamos 10 dias maravilhosos em Gramado, sem nenhum estresse! Gostamos de tudo e voltaremos.
