O staff do hotel é PERFEITO e eles realmente fazem a diferença. Todos, sem exceção. Já as instalações precisam melhorar um pouco. Para o nivel deste hotel, acho que os quartos e banheiros são minusculos (fiquei no quarto silver). O piso do quarto tem uma sensação tática estranha, parece que está sempre úmido. A comida é bem apresentada e caprichada, utilizando ótimos ingredientes, mas falta algo. Talvez o pão de queijo tenha que ter o cuidado de chegar bem quentinho na mesa, os bolinho do café da manhã são lindos, diferentes todos os dias, mas parecem velhos, pois são ressecados. São pequenas coisas que não comprometem a estada, pois realmente, falo novamente, o pessoal faz tudo ficar PERFEITO. Eles realmente se um importam com o hóspede

Uma das melhores opções de hospedagem em Gramado
O Hotél é maravilhoso, fica dentro de um condomíno, muito bem localizado, um belo jardim e arquitetura clássica. Possui experiências de vinho e gourmet muito boas. O Staff é sensacional !!! Reservamos um apto luxo e não sabia que era no prédio anexo, porém pegamos uma semana de muita chuva e o café da manhã fica no prédio principal, fiz um upgrade para o superluxo e resolveu o problema
