"We stayed three nights for our ten year anniversary. From the moment we pulled to the door, we were met with 'Bonjour,' smiles and attentive service. The room was reasonably priced for a historic, 5-star hotel. The rooms appear to be sound proof. Sam's and Le Champlain restaurants were delicious with attentive staff. Dufferin offered a wide variety for breakfast but was my least favorite. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. I was concerned staff did not say anything to the adult female, in the pool with a wine glass I'd stay again should I desire to return to Quebec City. Thanks for the memories!"

"Perfect location only minutes from the Fairmont Hotel and Old Quebec City. The room was nice. It is a very old building but the bathrooms are modern. Air condition works. There is no staff. You will receive codes for the main entrance and your room. There is no elevator so If you have trouble climbing stairs make sure to book a downstairs room for a surcharge. PS: if you are traveling with a car be sure to reserve your parking space well in advance as there are only 4 small spaces available behind the hotel."

"We loved our street facing room. It was in a convenient part of Old Quebec. South west end at a higher elevation, up the street from Chateau Frontenac, which made it easy for us as my wife has mobility issues. The room was nicely renovated, nice and clean and the bed comfortable. Parking on premises. Friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and having the complementary breakfasts was a nice added value. Would consider it if we come back again."
