We really liked staying here. Super convenient for several bus lines, and restaurants and a grocery nearby. Comfortable layout, very clean. We only wished for a closet in the bed area alcove, instead of 4 pegs. As we stayed for a week, there was no place to hang clothes and we had to live out of the suitcase. But we would stay again.

We arrived late, and while looking around the area for parking, the surrounding streets looked fairly unsafe. Once we got in the unit, around 10pm, the building is nice, but the apartment had not been cleaned, there were empty bottles and cans all over the place. We called the property manager, and they came right away and provided us with a similar unit on a different floor that was ready. The unit was OK, but I would not recommend the area and arriving to a dirty apartment was not a good experience.

Great location and space. Only complaint is that the bedrooms do not have doors, but rather have curtains and are not private. Also there are no closets or drawers to store your clothing. Otherwise the apartment was well appointed, spacious and clean.

Well located for accessing points of interest. However, keep in mind that Boulevard Charest is a major thoroughfare in QC, so the noise level is typical if an urban environment (and not a meadow in the countryside 😉)

Great place...bad wake up...

The place itself was great; however, I need to remove some stars because although it was Monday night, there was a drunk man outside our window screaming for hours from ~2-4AM on the back street trying to fight another man. I had parked my car there, and then he started kicking my car and lying on top before lying in the street. I had to call the police and all the kids woke up. I'm hoping it's an isolated incident for the area...
