"Quiet and very clean. "

"The room was very clean with updated amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly and we appreciated that we were able to check in a bit early. We enjoyed the sitting area off the lobby with the gas fireplace. The only place for improvement was the breakfast. The restaurant was very understaffed for a Sunday morning and the food was rather underwhelming after a long-ish wait. However, huge shout out to the young man working the restaurant during our breakfast service - he was composed, friendly and worked hard to bus tables, take orders, serve as host, and make sure guests had what they needed. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at The Pell, but would skip the breakfast next time. "

"The rooms were cleaned. Location is great. Everything is closed. The cliff walk is closed and the mansions are probably 6-10 minutes drive depending on traffic. We had a great stay."
