"This property was amazing! Clean room, spacious, free mini bar, breakfast included was AMAZING! Nice walk from the train station or you can call the hotel for a pickup in their little taxi. Close proximity to all of what Zermatt has to offer. We will definitely stay here again when visiting this charming town. "

"We had a great stay in the hotel. The facilities are very good, the room was very spacious, and even had a kitchenette, with cooker, dishwasher etc. Parking was in an underground car park, and with the hotel discount was very good value. The train station to Zermatt is just a short walk away. In all very much recommended!"

"This place was amazing! They went above and beyond to make things special while I was here proposing to my now fiancé. They had every amenity you could think of, and even ones that you couldn't (ie. a mini taxi to take you to/from the hotel and train station at no cost). Also, everything was in walking distance. With complete honesty, we will be coming back to stay at this place many more times!"

"The room was very clean and beds made daily. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The continental style breakfast was very good, with delicious bread/rolls/pastries. It was self service, which we prefer. We had a big balcony, which was lovely, though not a great view, due to the location, surrounded by other buildings - though in the centre of town. The decor/furniture was a bit dated and could do with being modernised. However, we had a great stay!"
