Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment to guest experience.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it.

A genuine five star boutique hotel & experience

Felt luxurious and special in every way; the family especially enjoyed the pool/s, spa and games room. We ate at both Brasserie 1809 and Spielboden by The Capra; from the stupendous breakfasts available and wide choice of delicious cuisine it was an undoubted highlight!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Hotel war richtig schön eingerichtet mit einem Auge fürs Detail. Der Spa Bereich war auch edel eingerichtet. Man hat sich direkt wohl und entspannt gefühlt. Was uns aber am meisten überrascht hat, war der Fitnessraum. Ich war boch in keinem Hotel, welches über solche Fitnessgeräte verfügt. Es war für jeden was dabei. Aucg huer haben sie auf die Optik geachtet, die Gewichtshanteln waren in einer Holzoptik genau so wie das Hotel. Richtig traumhaft

Les matériaux choisis et l’aménagement des différents espaces sont également des points que nous avons apprécié.
