The hotel boasts an exquisite ambiance, adorned with climbing gear and captivating photographs. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast selections added to the convenience of our stay. BaseCamp is our everything for zermatt

We had a fantastic stay with BaseCamp! They are so welcoming and friendly and helpful in all ways. The room was even better than the pictures show and the location is great. We will definitely stay here on future trips!

Everyone who worked at the property was very nice and friendly, gave lots of recommendations and helped us plan our visit to Zermatt. Very walkable into town, also provides a shuttle to and from the train station. We loved the place so much we ended up extending our trip!
